Cranberry Lemon Vinegar

Use in fish dishes or on salads.

1 quart white wine vinegar
4 or 6 sprigs thyme
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Peel of 1 lemon, cut into slices

Combine all ingredients in a glass bottle. Cork and place in a sunny window for 2 to 3 weeks. For giving, tie raffia around the neck of the bottle.
