Candy Recipes - Truffles, Balls and Bon Bons
Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup flaked coconut
2 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 pound) box confectioners' sugar
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup grated paraffin
Melt margarine. Add other ingredients except chocolate chips and paraffin.
Form into small balls and chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler
over hot water. Using 2 forks, dip balls into chocolate. Place on wax paper
to dry.
Yields 100 balls.
