Trail Mix
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
2 cups various dried fruits: apricots, apples, bananas, pineapple
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container or make up individual
snack packs in plastic bags and store in the airtight container as well.
Makes 7 cups (56 ounces).
This will keep for up to 4 months on the shelf.
