Pumpkin Pie Spice recipe

4 tablespoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon instant tea

Sift and store in covered container up to 3 months. If refrigerated, it will keep up to a year.

Makes 1/3 cup.
