Herb Seasoned Flour

Keep a jar of flour well-seasoned with herbs and spices to add to gravies and sauces, biscuits or pizza crusts, or to dust foods before frying.
1 to 2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs and spices
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Mix and keep in a tightly sealed container.
