Snack Recipes - Gourmet Popcorn
Harvest Time Popcorn
1/3 cup popcorn, popped
1 cup mixed nuts
2 cups shoestring potatoes
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon diced dill weed
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine popcorn with nuts and potatoes. Mix butter with seasonings; pour
over popcorn mixture. Toss well. Spread onto jellyroll pan. Bake at 350
degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
