Fish 'n' Nips recipe

1/4 cup water drained from tuna
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
1 tablespoon parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine tuna, parsley and water. Add cornmeal and flour. Form a dough, knead and roll 1/4-inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter.

Bake for 20 minutes on greased cookie sheet.

Makes 1 dozen.
