Muffins for Horses

2 cups shredded carrots
1 shredded apple
1/3 cup molasses
1 cup bran
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup dry oatmeal

Mix all ingredients together. Should have a doughy consistency (if not, add more bran or flour). Place dough in muffin tins. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 400 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until done.
