Gingerbread Men for Dogs

2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Place dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Blend with a whisk. Add eggs, molasses and oil. Mix until blended. Mixture will be crumbly. Place dough on wax paper. Knead until smooth. Roll out to 1/4-inch thick. Cut with small gingerbread men cutters. Place on sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Makes 20-24 treats.
