Roasted Garlic Oil recipe
1 cup canola or peanut oil
5 garlic cloves, peeled
Place the oil and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the garlic turns golden brown. Turn off the heat and cool the mixture to room temperature before pouring into a clean bottle with an airtight lid.
Keep in a cool, dark place or refrigerate. This will remain flavorful for about 1 month.
