Nutty Gift Jar

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
12 cup Cheerios
2 cups whole pecan halves
1 cup whole almonds

In a large saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup and butter until sugar and butter are melted. Stir in Cheerios, pecans and almonds

Spread onto two greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes. Stir to loosen from pan and then cool completely.

Pack into quart jars and make a fancy lid cover with a sheet of Christmas fabric and a bow.
