Coconut Syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup cream or half-and-half
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Boil sugar and Karo syrup together until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat, and add cream and extract. Store in the refrigerator.
