Dutch Baby Pancakes Mix in a Jar

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Combine and place in an airtight container. Add the following instructions on a gift tag:

1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
Contents of jar
Cooked sausage (optional)
Strawberries (optional)
confectioners' sugar (optional)

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in 9-inch pie plate in oven.

Meanwhile, combine eggs and milk in blender and whirl once. Add mix and blend 1 minute. Pour into pie plate and bake 20-25 minutes until pancake is puffed and golden. Serve with maple syrup and sausage or strawberries and confectioners' sugar.
