White Chocolate Brownie Mix in a Jar

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Place into a 1-quart wide-mouth jar. Layer remaining ingredients into jar in order listed, packing firmly after each ingredient. Adjust cap.

White Chocolate Brownies

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place White Chocolate Brownie Mix in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add 3/4 cup butter and 4 eggs. Mix until completely blended. Spread into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.

Bake for 35 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
