Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Fudge
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk (Milnot)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
Boil together the sugar, milk and butter. Remove from heat after this has
boiled for ONE MINUTE. Add the peanut butter, mix thoroughly and pour into
a buttered 11 x 7-inch glass baking pan. As this is cooling, melt the chocolate
chips, then stir in the cream. Pour over the peanut butter fudge.
