Wintry Simmering Potpourri Blend

3 ounces cinnamon sticks
3 ounces orange peel
3 1/2 ounces star anise
2 1/2 ounces whole cloves
1 ounce crushed nutmeg
3 ounces juniper berries
1 ounce whole allspice
20 drops orange essential oil
20 drops clove essential oil
20 drops cinnamon essential oil

Mix all together in a nonreactive container. Cover, and let cure for several days before using.
