Holiday Crescents
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
5 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, vanilla extract and pecans.
Work mixture and form into balls. Shape into crescents. Bake
on ungreased cookie sheets at 325 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes
or until light golden color. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners'
sugar.
