Grand Marnier Rice Crispy Treats recipe

Makes 16 servings.
1/4 pound butter
10 ounces marshmallows
1 ounce Grand Marnier
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 pinch salt
6 cups Rice Krispies
In a large saucepot over medium heat melt butter. Add marshmallows, Grand Marnier, orange extract and salt. Stir until melted. Stir in Rice Kispies, then pour into a greased baking pan.
To serve, dip a small square into chocolate and serve with macerated fresh fruit.
