Chocolate Cranberry-Cashew Clusters recipe
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup salted cashews
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips; stir in the cranberries
and cashews. Drop by teaspoonsful onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Let
stand until set or chill for faster setting.
Makes about two dozen.
