Almond Joys
1 cup butter or margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pound confectioners' sugar
1 package coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Almonds
Melt butter or margarine. Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar, coconut
and vanilla extract. Mix well and turn onto a large cookie sheet. Refrigerate
until solid.
Melt oil and chocolate chips in double boiler.
Cut candy in 1-inch squares and dip individually into chocolate mixture.
(Use a fork for dipping.)
